September 28, 2010, by the China Electronic Chamber of Commerce Call Center and Customer Relationship Management Committee (CNCCA) organized by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology support, CTI Forum 2010 China hosted the summit in the call center industry Beijing grand opening.
